The office was established in 2016 by lawyer/ Dr. Ali Al-Noaimi, and based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr. Ali Al-Noaimi has experience in law, administration and Human rights and has worked and hold many positions in the Public Prosecution. Then, he moved from deputy prosecutor to a legal advisor at the Civil Service Bureau, then to a training and education director at the National Institution for Human Rights. The postgraduate academic researches of Dr. Ali include "State responsibility for public employee mistakes" and "Civil liability arising from journalist's work". He also published some articles in Al-ayyam Newspaper, including:

He had chosen the office name "United" believing in that the unity of the client and office is the base of the perfect protection and confrontation of all difficulties and obstructions that may be conducted using fair and legal means to serve the interest of the client. The office also has a number of lawyers and experts who perform their duties honestly, sincerely and effortlessly.
